Early Monday morning, a shooting at a west Houston gas station left three people hospitalized, as FOX 26 Houston reports, Houston police are currently investigating the incident which occurred on the 11800 block of Bellaire Boulevard.
Upon their arrival at 4:17 a.m., officers discovered an SUV riddled with bullet holes parked at a gas pump, inside was a male with multiple gunshot wounds, and according to the ABC13 Houston coverage, he was promptly taken to the hospital in critical condition, and while officers were canvassing the area they located two females behind the building, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
One of the females had been shot in the hand while the other received a gunshot wound to the thigh; both women were treated at the scene and then transported to local hospitals for further medical attention. The Houston Police Department revealed that a fourth male was present at the scene but fled after the incident and remains unlocated.
Officers reviewing surveillance footage learned that the victims were inside the SUV meeting with individuals in a maroon Chevy vehicle, which led to a shooting where a suspect inside the maroon vehicle opened fire striking the victims' SUV several times before the assailants drove off dropping money all over the parking lot and inside the vehicle, police added, noting the apparently transactional nature of the incident.
