On Sunday night, a male pedestrian lost his life after being hit by a vehicle on Almeda Genoa Road in South Houston. According to FOX 26 Houston, emergency services responded to the scene to find the victim deceased on the roadway and the pickup truck involved just west of the crash site.

Authorities responded to a call at the 400 block of S. Fry where an adult male pedestrian was gravely injured and had to be transported by Lifefight. As reported by the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the adult female driver remained at the scene, her connection to the incident underlined by the context of a domestic dispute.
