The fatal event unfolded at Harmony Plaza I & II Apartments, located at 1870 Myrtle Drive SW, where Stanley Shivers was discovered dead from gunshot wounds. A surveillance video that was recently released captures two men in the vicinity following the incident, as reported by FOX 5 Atlanta.
APD’s video, edited to a concise 40 seconds, exhibits both individuals moving away from the complex to a back area of the 1900 block of Plaza Lane SW. Footage reveals at least one man carrying what to be unmistakably appears as a firearm. Homicide detectives, who arrived at the scene shortly after 1:30 a.m. on the day of the murder, have been trying to piece together the series of events leading up to Shivers’ untimely demise since April.
