The suspect, whose image was captured on surveillance footage, is said to have entered the business and made contact with the victim before pulling out a gun and assaulting the victim then quickly fleeing the scene, this information came to light in a statement during the ongoing investigation as Atlanta law enforcement urges anyone with information to step forward.

In a separate report by Atlanta News First, it was revealed that the incident took place at a home located at 807 Conley Road SE. The victim of the assault was transported to Grady Hospital, and they remained alert, conscious, and breathing throughout the ordeal.
