
Baltimore Police have reported a burglary arrest in the Southeast District, following a break-in at a residence on Rochester Place. According to the Baltimore Police official statements, on the morning of July 30, a male complainant reported to officers that his air conditioning unit was removed and suspected an intruder was still inside his home.

On July 30, 2024, at around 10:08 a.m., officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Rochester Place to investigate a call for a burglary.

Officers arrived at the residence in the 100 block of Rochester Place at approximately 10:08 a.m. and proceeded to thoroughly canvass the interior. Their search led to quickly apprehending a 25-year-old male, believed to have been involved in the burglary.
The suspect, whose identity has not been disclosed, was subsequently taken into custody. He was transported to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he awaits processing. The details surrounding the motives or any items taken during the alleged break-in have not been released by authorities as of yet.
