The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is actively seeking assistance from the public to help locate 42-year-old Salomon Salinas, also known by the nickname "Rocky." Salinas reportedly left his residence on Cape Primrose Drive, an event which appears tied to distress over a recent medical diagnosis. The alarm was raised after Salinas, who requires medication, did not return home.
Described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds, Salinas has brown eyes, black hair, and was last seen in a yellow shirt emblazoned with blue "Champion" lettering, gray shorts, and black Van shoes. Authorities, who were alerted by concerned family members, suspect that he might have ventured to Hunters Pond, a detail obtained by FOX San Antonio.
The search area includes the immediate vicinity of his home and extends to Hunters Pond and surrounding areas near the Loop 410, places Salinas' family believes he may have been drawn to after his departure. Salinas' physical description and last known clothing ensemble have been widely disseminated in the hopes that locals might recognize him and provide leads.
