Prisma Health, headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, claims the title of the largest healthcare organization in its home state and, by enlisting Blount Memorial, marks its inaugural passage into Tennessee territory. The deliberation process leading up to this strategic matchmaking involved meticulous written proposal analysis, visiting each other's facilities, and consulting industry specialist advisors.
