While Cooper, who is a black male about 6'02" tall, weighing around 170 lbs with black hair and brown eyes, is not unfamiliar with disappearing as he was previously found in the Fenway area, certain details concerning his personal condition have not been shared lightly. Wearing glasses, his distinct look is not the only thing that marks him but also a developmental disability that has his family and the authorities concerned for his safety. Known for frequenting train stations and riding the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) lines, he has also been mentioned to take walks near the Massachusetts Avenue/Northeastern University area, as well as Kenmore/Fenway and Downtown near Mass General Hospital.
