It's scheduled for Thursday, August 22 from 6 pm to 8 pm at the Carroll County Agriculture Center, according to Carroll County's press release.

Both the BoC and Delegation are aligning against the Reliability Project, signaling that they share in the public’s apprehension, stated on Carroll County's official website, which makes clear this gathering is more than a mere formality, but an authentic platform for residents to express their dismay or support, and inquire directly about how their elected officials plan to respond, and what the strategies are to ensure any solution is least impactful for the county.
