Investigators in Catoosa County have made arrests following a string of thefts that desecrated the peace of Lakewood Memory Gardens South. According to FOX 5 Atlanta, footage captured two individuals, Chad Knox and Tonya Head, as they allegedly removed solar grave lights from the cemetery over the Fourth of July weekend. The pair, last spotted departing in a gold SUV, have since been detained with Knox also receiving an additional charge for violating probation.
