The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department has reported the arrest of a man following an attempted sexual assault. The suspect is identified as 30-year-old Eleno Cervantes.

Cervantes is now facing multiple charges, ones that paint a grim picture of the events that transpired within the confines of that restroom.
