Calvin Swans, who stands at 5 feet 9 inches and weighs roughly 130 pounds, is considered at elevated risk due to his age. The report, published on July 13th, 2024, notes his birthday was just a day before, on July 12th. The CPD has urged anyone with information on the whereabouts of the missing Swans to contact the Area One Detective - SVU Office. The concern for Swans's safety is particularly pressing due to him being part of a vulnerable demographic that often requires additional resources when they go missing.
