
A death investigation in Coral Springs has been escalated to a homicide case after the discovery of a man's body early yesterday morning. The Coral Springs Police Department identified the victim as 28-year-old Kinolee Gardner. His body was found in front of a vacant pool supply business located in the area of Northwest 110th Avenue and Wiles Road, as WSVN reports.
Upon their arrival, officers found Gardner's body and by Wednesday had not disclosed the method of his killing. Gardner, who would have celebrated his 29th birthday on July 27, was pronounced dead at the scene, which was outside of a shopping plaza, adding a layer of complexity and public interest to the case. The vicinity was sealed off and examined by detectives, with evidence markers scattered around the area, according to Local 10 News.
Further reports from Hoodline indicated that the body was covered with a tarp shortly after the discovery.
