Today, deputies under Constable Mark Herman's command nabbed two suspects and recovered a stolen motorcycle. The scene unfolded in the 24800 block of Aldine Westfield Road, where a stolen vehicle investigation was taking a pivotal turn. As reported on the official precinct's social media page, the officers spotted a male and female pairing up on the motorcycle, which had been reported stolen.
The male complied, while his companion, identified as Rebecca Dennis, bolted on foot. Her freedom, however, was short-lived; the deputies were swift to apprehend her as well. The pursuit culminated in her capture and subsequent incarceration on the charge of Evading Detention, as detailed in the Constable's Facebook post.
"Rebecca Dennis was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Evading Detention. Her court and bond information have not been set at this time," Constable Mark Herman's office informed the public. With the specifics of her detainment still pending, the details of the case remain to be fully disclosed.
