Euless, Texas, is doing more than just laying pavement and zoning lands; it's executing a strategic plan for sustainable economic growth through retail sales. According to a recent article from the City of Euless, the local Planning and Economic Development Department has its eyes set firmly on bolstering long-term revenue streams. This means drawing in businesses that not only keep cash registers ringing but also keep locals employed and served with a plethora of shopping and dining venues.
Among the city's shining examples of economic prosperity is Glade Parks. Spanning a sizable 194 acres, this retail hub stands as a testament to Euless' commitment to growth and development. It's home to a diverse mix of retailers and dining spots, including recent newcomers like 'At Home', a home décor heavyweight; 'Kura Revolving Sushi Bar', serving Japanese cuisine in an innovative way; and 'Piada Italian Street Food', which dishes out authentic, fresh Italian meals.
Not resting on their laurels, Euless city planners have wooed a big fish in the Texas retail pond. The City of Euless recently announced that H-E-B, the beloved grocery chain, is set to anchor Glade Parks South. Projected to open its doors in the later months of 2026, this addition is expected to be a boon to the city’s revenue and employment landscape.
