As reported by the City of Euless, every participant who registers for the challenge receives a Family Summer STEM Kit, a nod to the integration of fun, education, and family bonding. Reading milestones are recognized with incremental prizes: a bracelet and charm for hitting 250 minutes, local business coupons and another charm at 500 minutes, and culminating with the prestigious HEB Reads! Medal after 2,000 minutes of literary dedication. Notably, participants are eligible to claim aquatic passes and additional book charms, when they hit the 1,500 and 1,000 minutes reading marks respectively.
These incentives, geared towards igniting a passion for reading among the youth, are also open to any ardent reader.
