Texas, renowned as a major exporter of liquified natural gas (LNG), views this as a prosperous avenue for reinforcing both regions' national security interests. Furthermore, the Texan Governor highlighted the state's welcoming regulatory ecosystem as an influential driver for entities in critical sectors to establish or migrate their operations there. Over the past decade, German ventures have poured an impressive $11.97 billion into 145 projects within Texas, leading to the establishment of more than 12,800 jobs. In the fiscal interactions of 2023, Texas and Germany's trade volume crossed the threshold of $18.8 billion, with Germany situating as Texas' ninth-largest trading ally.
