A hit and run incident in the Harris County area left officials on a quick hunt for the suspect responsible for the crime. On Monday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to a vehicle crash in the 21500 block of Inverness Forest Boulevard, where it was discovered upon arrival that the offending driver had left the scene. The local law enforcement sprang into action to locate the responsible party.
Their investigation efforts soon paid off. The deputies managed to quickly locate the suspect vehicle. The driver was subsequently apprehended and identified as Arnoldo Abac Chun. According to details released by Constable Mark Herman's Facebook page, "Arnoldo Abac Chun was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Failure to Stop and Give Information. His bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 12."
As last reported, Chun is awaiting further proceedings related to his charges.
