Residents of a quiet neighborhood in Harris County were startled by the arrest of one of their own, Coyt Palmer, on charges related to harassment and stalking. Precinct 4 Constable's Office reported that deputies responded on July 17 to complaints at 14000 Cellini Drive where the victim claimed her neighbor had engaged in a pattern of harassment over the last month.
The Constable's Office conducted an investigation that led to Palmer's confession, providing evidence of his involvement in the alleged activities. Stationed at the Harris County Jail, Palmer faces charges that have disrupted the community's sense of security. The victim, finding deputies at her doorstep, detailed a troubling series of events perpetuated by Palmer, culminating in the law's intervention.
In a statement released by Constable Mark Herman, he confirmed, "Coyt Palmer was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Harassment and Stalking." The legal system has set the bond for the harassment charge at $5,000.00 out of County Court 9, with Palmer still awaiting bond for the stalking charge out of the 482nd District Court.
