Deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office apprehended a man after responding to a disturbance call in the 10500 block of Mills Road. Upon arrival, the deputies encountered an individual who, during an attempt to identify himself, inadvertently revealed a clear baggie containing crystal methamphetamine and a glass pipe, mistaking them for his identification card.

The suspect, identified as Darrell Woolsey, was detained following the mishap. According to Constable Mark Herman's official Facebook post, "Darrell Woolsey was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. His bond was set at $3,000.00 out of the 337th District Court."

Constable Herman's office has not released further details about the disturbance that led to Woolsey's arrest, nor if there were any additional charges or persons involved.
