Williams is described as wearing a pink striped shirt, gray Sketchers shoes, and was carrying a blue drawstring bag with a green shirt to easily be tied to it, according to a post by TCM. The alert emphasizes the need for public vigilance and urges anyone who might have seen Williams or has any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Houston Police Department.
