The victim, whose name has not yet been disclosed pending family notification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, was discovered shot multiple times in the parking lot of a vehicle storage area. Houston Fire Department paramedics, who responded to the scene along with the police, declared the male deceased on-site.
