According to an announcement by Mayor Pro Tem Tennell Atkins of District 8, this year’s tour is touted to be a cultural fest, complete with high-flying acts and colorful performances reflecting a diverse range of traditions, N.O., a ringmaster whose roots trace back to New Orleans, Whistle Man, bringing the rhythms of South Africa, and Della, whose artistry is steeped in the rich culture of Trinidad, all set to take center stage as some of the featured acts this year, as per the City of Dallas.
