Homing in on the tragic events that transpired last Thursday, Shinhoster is accused of fatally shooting 39-year-old Eulalia Gonzalez Martin De Osorio, as she stood on her own front porch clutching her infant child. According to the police report provided by WSVN, he allegedly made his way to the site specifically to carry out the murder. Officers responding to the incident found Gonzalez unresponsive, with her unharmed baby daughter beneath her.
