According to the City of Keller, the lot is positioned at a strategic northeast corner at the intersection of Florence Road and Judge Bland Road. Moving to the city's bustling corridors, the second hearing will scrutinize a request for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) filed by The Casas Group. This bid aims to permit the operation of a WellMed primary care medical clinic within a roughly 7,000-square-foot building located in Keller Town Center. Nestled on 1.25 acres south of Keller Parkway and just a stone's throw from Town Center Lane, the site's future could soon see a significant pivot in utility and service offerings to the community.
