The Kissimmee Police Department has officially launched its "Cram the Cruiser Back-to-School Drive" to gather school supplies for children in need. Starting on July 22nd, the initiative calls on the community to donate items such as notebooks, pens, pencils, and backpacks, as shared by the Kissimmee Police Department on their official social media post.
Cram the Cruiser starts today! We're collecting school supplies for kids in need. Drop off donations at participating Walmart locations in Kissimmee.

To make it even easier for donors to participate, Kissimmee Police have teamed up with local Walmart stores where the community can drop off their donations. As reported by WESH, two Walmart Supercenters in Kissimmee are part of this drive. The first one located at 1471 East Osceola Parkway, will be accepting donations on July 23 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and July 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The second location at 4444 West Vine Street will be ready for donors on July 29 and 31 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., along with July 30 set for a 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. donation time.
Alternatively, residents can also choose to bring their donations directly to the Kissimmee Police Department during normal business hours. This offers flexibility for those wanting to contribute but are unable to visit the Walmart locations during the scheduled times.
