In a recent incident at a local Boot Barn, a suspect attempted a purchase topping $500 with a stolen debit card, prompting response from law enforcement. On June 7, Constable Mark Herman's corporal answered the call to the store situated along the 19300 block of the North Freeway, where the card's rightful owner reported unauthorized usage.
Surveillance video footage from the Boot Barn documented the suspect, described by authorities as a white or Hispanic male outfitted in a light blue shirt, during his attempt to make the fraudulent purchase, however, details regarding the success of the transaction remain unreported.
Constable Mark Herman's Office has taken to social media in a bid to amplify the search for the individual responsible, releasing images and a direct appeal to the community. The official Precinct 4 Facebook page shared, "If you have any information regarding the identity of these suspects, you are urged to contact our dispatch at 281-376-3472 or your local law enforcement."
