The store's security footage captured the suspect leaping over the counter to grab the items before fleeing the scene by kicking open the locked front door.
The second incident involved a break-in at Cannabis Therapy, a retailer of various cannabis-related products. WSBTV reported that on Friday, July 5, two suspects broke into the establishment by smashing a glass door. Security cameras recorded the early morning burglary, though the specific items and their value have not been disclosed to the public. Cannabis Therapy's social media indicates they stock items such as kratom, CBD, and Delta8, along with various smoking accessories.
In response to the Lucky Habitz incident, McDonough police have asked for any information regarding the theft to be reported by calling detectives at (470) 878-1091.
