The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public's help in tracking down the individuals behind a recent vehicle theft in Northwest D.C. In a brazen midday theft on June 25, 2024, suspects made off with a car that was left unlocked and with the engine running. According to the official report, the incident occurred while the victim was delivering packages in the 1200 block of 8th Street, Northwest.
The theft took place at approximately 12:15 p.m., at a time when the area was likely bustling with activity.
