He was last seen wearing a tan Raiders hat, gray short-sleeved shirt, black shorts, and blue sneakers, and the authorities reported walking with a height of about 5 feet 9 inches and 180 lbs of weight. Their initial appeal for public assistance emphasized the urgency due to his medical condition.
