Wiebe, described as blonde-haired and blue-eyed, last seen around 10 p.m. on the night of his disappearance, is noticeably without a key modern tool that could aid in his location – he does not have a cell phone. The 5-foot, 8-inch tall, 140-pound young man was reportedly wearing a blue and black hooded sweatshirt paired with gray pants when he was last spotted. With scant information available, police are urging anyone to promptly come forward with any knowledge that could possibly help find Wiebe.
