A 50-year-old man died in Hempfield Township after his motorcycle collided with a deer late on Friday night. The incident, which occurred on the 400 block of Stone Church Road at about 10:30 p.m., proved fatal for Jayson Halterman, of Mount Pleasant Township, as reported by WTAE.
After striking the deer, Halterman's motorcycle, a Harley Davidson, veered off the road.
