A man was discovered deceased next to his bicycle in Westmoreland County, prompting a local investigation into the circumstances of his death. The victim, identified as John Schoch, 65, was found dead on Saturday evening in a gravel area alongside Bush Road in Loyalhanna Township, near Loyalhanna Lake, as reported by TribLIVE.
