According to the official announcement, the maintenance window is set to begin on Thursday, August 1 at 5 p.m. and will extend until Friday, August 2 at 5 p.m., during which the site will be inaccessible to users seeking to engage with the electronic plan review process.
During the announced maintenance period, the ePlan Review site will not be available, meaning that no electronic access will be granted to projects for applicants or city staff. This includes a ban on activities such as viewing, downloading, or uploading files or documents, as well as completing reviews or viewing comments. However, the city has confirmed that the permitting portal will remain available, allowing applicants to make payments, and view information related to existing permits that do not require ePlan reviews.
Officials from the City of New Braunfels have extended their apologies for any disruptions this scheduled server maintenance may cause to the public and stakeholders, emphasizing the necessity of this temporary interruption for the upkeep of system functionality and security.
