
Law enforcement officers have descended upon a Kyle 7-Eleven, following a reported shooting that occurred on Monday afternoon. The incident, which has gripped the quiet streets of the community, left one individual wounded and hastened their transport to a nearby hospital for treatment. Kyle Police, acting quickly on gathered intelligence, have since taken a suspect into custody, as reported by the City of Kyle in a post-midnight update on Tuesday, as per KXAN.
Kyle Police are investigating a report of a shooting at the 7/11 at 20925 Interstate 35. Efforts to locate the suspect are underway. The shooting seemingly disrupted the mundane ebb and flow of commerce and conversation at the 7-Eleven, located at 20925 Interstate 35, beside a KFC, as the store became the center of a crime scene investigation, according to KVUE. Police were first to officially respond to, and publicly confirm the incident and, in doing so, requested the public to consciously steer clear of the area to ensure an unobstructed investigation could take place.
