Described as at-risk because of a mental health condition by the Sacramento Police Department, Saalman weighs around 130 pounds, is 5 feet 6 inches tall, and has green-eyed. She was last seen dressed in a tan shirt, black jeans, and white shoes, carrying the weight of uncertainty in a black backpack. Her brother Michael Saalman, expressing a desperate hope in an interview with KCRA, stated, "I want to tell her that I love her and I miss her, I miss her extremely, and I want to see her and I want to see that she's okay."
Adding to the family's heartrending pleas, Daniel Trudeau, Jocelyn's co-parent, conveyed his disbelief and concern to KCRA: "We don't know where Jocelyn is, we don't know what has happened to her in any way, shape or form… there are so many people looking and so many different ways.
