The Sarasota Police Department has charged Holloway with one count of murder in the first degree, two counts of aggravated assault, and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. As of his latest arrest, he was being held without bond at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center near Doral, awaiting extradition back to Sarasota County, Local 10 states.
