Community concerns have been raised following the issuance of a Silver Alert for a 69-year-old man reported missing in Selma. According to a report by KENS 5, Jose Martinez Angel was last seen at approximately 8 p.m. on Sunday. Police have been canvassing the area of the 15400 block of Lookout Road, near Loop 1604, hoping to find any trace of Angel who, missing since Sunday, has been subject to a widespread search.
Last witnessed wearing a navy blue shirt, paired with black plaid shorts and dark shoes, Angel stands 6 feet tall and is about 190 pounds. Distinguishing features include his gray hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of a face on his right forearm. A call to action was put forth to the public, soliciting their help by FOX San Antonio, to contact the Selma Police Department if they have seen Angel.
Concern is growing as time passes without any sign of Jose Martinez Angel. The Selma Police Department is urging anyone with information to come forward, stating, "If you have seen Angel, you are asked to call the Selma Police Department at (210) 653-0033." Detailed descriptions of his last known attire and physical attributes have been widely circulated in an attempt to assist in his safe return.
