
In the early hours of July 18, a burglary unfolded on High Point Pines Drive. According to a Facebook post by Constable Mark Herman's Office, deputies responded to a report of a burglary in progress at approximately 4:13 am.
Antjuan Mobley, the identified suspect didn't enjoy his lead for long; after a dogged foot pursuit by constables, he was apprehended, not merely a body fleeing from the crime scene, but a bearer of evidence—the complainant's stolen goods clung to him. As per the same Facebook post, Mobley was found with "the complainants stolen property and identifiable items."
Constable Mark Herman stated that "Antjuan Mobley was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Burglary to a Motor Vehicle and Fraudulently Possession of Identifying Information." His bond, a numerical reflection of his accused crimes, was set at $1,100.00 by the 184th District Court.
