The report details that at about 8:30 a.m. the suspect allegedly approached the victim from behind, swiftly to take property right from the victim's pockets, and then promptly fled the area. The MPD has not released a detailed description of the suspect, and they are hopeful that witnesses or anyone with pertinent information will step forward.
