The Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) is calling upon the residents to voice their opinions and experiences via a newly launched community survey. Aimed at enhancing library services, the survey seeks input from both regular library-goers and those who haven't stepped foot in a Washington County library alike. As stated on their website, they are committed to identifying ways to improve library service across Washington County.
Available in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Chinese, the survey promises a straightforward completion time of 10 to 15 minutes. Those afraid of their details leaking into the wrong hands need not fret responses are gathered anonymously. However, partaking in this grand improvement exercise comes with a potential bonus—100 lucky participants, each promised a $50 gift card to Fred Meyer. To enter this draw, eager beavers must submit their name and contact details at the survey's end but before the August 18 cutoff.
WCCLS assures that personal information won't be misused, limited to initiating a relationship that could see your inbox swelled with marketing emails, but one can always tap out by hitting unsubscribe. Ensure your eligibility as a Washington County resident, and not being a library staffer or their kin, for a shot at the prize. "Winners will be contacted by September 30, 2024," the WCCLS notes, while also distancing the survey from being Fred Meyer-sponsored.
