Details from the Phoenix Fire Department describe a harrowing scene where a number of windows, being hoisted by a crane, collapsed onto the employee who found himself in the treacherous fall path, this according to Capt. Shaun DuBois's statement as obtained by FOX 10 Phoenix. Victor Del Castillo, a truck driver delivering the windows, witnessed the distressing incident and was among those who attempted to lift the heavy crates off the victim, recounting that he "literally saw the guy take his last breath," in an interview with the publication.
