Storm Damage Meets a Rate Debate

The physical toll from Saturday's storm lands amid a broader financial fight over TEP's infrastructure spending. The utility says it invested more than $320 million in 2025 alone to upgrade transmission lines, transformers, and electronic switches ahead of peak summer demand and monsoon season.
