The same day saw the apprehension of 71-year-old Richard John Gardas in St Michael on a domestic assault charge and Larry Robert Oberg, 55, in Buffalo for violating a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order. Notably, domestic disputes constituted a significant portion of the week's legal entanglements, with arrests such as Gustavo Braulio Payan Ponce, 26, of Monticello charged with Violation of a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order and interfering with emergency calls. Another individual, Amanda Kristina Larson Johnson, a 32-year-old Clearwater resident, was charged with Domestic Assault on June 25, as indicated by the Wright County Sheriff's Office.
Last week's traffic-related incidents included 28 Property Damage Accidents, 4 Personal Injury Accidents, 10 Hit and Run Accidents, and 4 Car Deer Accidents. As part of the traffic-related enforcement, Wright County law enforcement arrested 5 individuals on DWI charges and issued tickets for 128 miscellaneous traffic violations.
