
A 19-year-old pedestrian was struck and pinned beneath a vehicle after a crash in Munhall, Allegheny County, early Saturday morning, authorities confirm. According to WPXI, the collision occurred around 12:15 a.m. near the intersection of E. Eugene Avenue and Valewood Drive, with emergency crews arriving shortly after to find the victim trapped under the car.
The young man was reportedly taken to an area hospital and listed in stable condition, although details about his injuries have not been disclosed, and as emergency services responded, they provided the necessary care to ensure his survival before transportation to the hospital this information being provided by the Allegheny County Police Department. The driver involved in the incident stayed where the accident took place, cooperating with the officials arriving on the scene.
