Two Baltimore men have been placed under arrest in connection to a shooting that left a 52-year-old male victim wounded earlier last month. The Baltimore Police Department reported that on July 5, just past 2 a.m., officers had been dispatched to the 1800 block of Aiken Street after receiving reports of gunfire. There, they found the middle-aged man with gunshot injuries.
The subsequent investigation by Eastern District detectives led to the apprehension of 23-year-old Ryan Joy and 21-year-old Christopher Correlli, according to an official announcement made by the department.
On August 7, both men were taken into custody and are presently held at the Central Booking Intake Facility, facing charges of attempted first-degree murder.
