The incident occurred in the 2800 block of Liberty Heights Avenue, and a flyer with the image of the person of interest has been circulated to gather more information, as detailed by the Baltimore Police Department.

Baltimore is working hard to fight gun violence, which affects whole communities and the police are asking for public help to solve these crimes. They’ve released a photo of a suspect in distinctive clothing but haven’t given more details yet. Investigators hope new leads will come in with the community's assistance.
