
Early this morning, a 19-year-old man was admitted to a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound which appears to be non-life-threatening. The incident took place in the 3700 block of Columbus Drive and was promptly responded to by Northwest District patrol officers, as reported by the Baltimore Police Department.
At around 12:01 a.m. on August 19, the unnamed victim walked into the hospital seeking medical attention, and hospital authorities contacted law enforcement to report the shooting. While details of the circumstances surrounding the incident are currently sparse, Northwest District detectives have taken over the investigation.
