
In a recent incident in Baltimore's Western District, a 36-year-old woman was struck by gunfire amidst community routine, the shooting taking place on the 2300 block of North Fulton Avenue on the afternoon of August 12. According to the Baltimore Police Department, officers were dispatched to the scene at approximately 3 p.m. following reports of the shooting.
The victim, who has not been publicly identified, was found suffering from what has been termed a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, responding medics swiftly transported her to a local hospital where she is receiving treatment for her injuries. The Baltimore Police Department stated that detectives from the Western District are actively investigating this case.
