
A Chambersburg man has been arrested after he reportedly brandished a firearm and pointed it at his neighbors, causing alarm in the local community. According to the Franklin County Free Press, the incident occurred on the evening of Sunday around 7 PM on the 900 block of Wilson Avenue.
Police identified the man as Paul Edward Miley, a 39-year-old resident of Chambersburg, who allegedly waved a gun while on his front porch. Miley, described by police as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, stands 6 feet tall and weighs 195 pounds, was arrested without incident according to TriStateAlert.com.
The Chambersburg Police Department stated Miley is facing multiple charges, including terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and disorderly conduct. As reported by Local 21 News, he has been transported to the Franklin County Jail where he awaits arraignment.
